I was approached by recording artist Elizabeth and her label, Our Golden Friend, to design the vinyl cover for her solo debut album, The Wonderful World of Nature. The design needed to incorporate existing press shots and expand into a suite of print and digital assets. Most importantly, the aesthetic had to reflect her persona, described as “a glamorous, tragic, queer pop anti-heroine.” My goal was to express this essence of boldness, romance, youth, and wistfulness through nuanced typefaces, striking colours, and evocative imagery. Following the vinyl design, I created complementary assets including posters, social media content, music video titles, and merchandise. I’ve continued working with Elizabeth on newer releases, building on the visual language we established with her debut album.
