Concept

I worked with the Ballarat International Foto Biennale (BIFB) to roll out their refreshed identity across marketing collateral and festival signage. My work spanned billboards, street posters, and web display ads, venue signage, logo banners, a-frames and didactics. The new identity was designed to let the photography speak for itself by partially obscuring the brand mark to draw to attention to the beautiful hero images and create visual interest. It was a pleasure to apply as I delved into the Biennale’s 2025 program and collaborated with the festival’s marketing team, adopting the brand system across a wide range of assets and supporting the festival’s presence throughout the city.
